1. Client Consultation to see if our services fit the needs of our prospective client.  In this first consult we gain an understanding of the position requirements, organization, and corporate culture. 
  2. We fashion a Position description  describing the must haves of the ideal candidate, and develop a  customized recruitment strategy.
  3. Through sourcing, in-depth research, and job listings we conduct interviews and develop a pipeline of qualified candidates. 
  4. Regular search reports are presented and check-in calls keep our clients up to date on our search efforts. If there is a fit candidates move forward in the recruitment process. 
  5. Client begins the internal interview process, and decides on finalist candidates.  JSES completes reference checks on top finalists.
  6. Client chooses top candidate(s) and begins final negotiations consulting with us toward making a successful offer to the top candidate.
  7. The newly hired employee begins work in their position. If appropriate JSES will aid in the transition
